Orders typically ship within 48 hours. Regular shipping is through
UPS Ground. Packages are being shipped from Charlotte, NC. Please
allow 1-6 business days delivery time (not including holidays
or weekends). Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

will I know if you actually shipped my order?
You will first receive an order confirmation with all the details
of the order you placed with us. We will also be sending you
an email indicating date your order was shipped, which shipper
we used and a tracking number if available.

you ship chocolate items in the summer months?
From May to September, some of our chocolate items in our gift
baskets may be replaced with foods of equal or greater value.
This is to ensure the best quality and integrity of the basket
presentation.
